Gary DeShazo Primary Care Physician / Internist D.O.

I have selected Dr DeShazo as my PCP upon reccomendation from someone in my support group. Our WLS doc, Doc Fisher gives you all of the tests he needs done and then either you can pay for them yourself or have your PCP order them so your insurance will pay for them. I thought I was really gonna have to fight with him to get him to understand. (he IS a doctor, after all) but he was so understanding, and supportive, and very well informed on the procedures. He was so respectful of me, and didnt treat me like another fat girl who would probably feel better if she just lost some weight. He even performed most of the tests there in his office that day!! I would reccommend him to anyone interested in having WLS. Dr DeShazo gets two chubby thumbs up!!!
