Dr. Egan was very supportive of my wish to have the RNY. I had to diet for my insurance company in order for them to approve the surgery. Dr. Egan was so encouraging. He was great in helping me keep a positive attitude. He wrote me a personal letter for me to send to the insurance company. It wasn't just a form letter. I really appreciate his support.
