I love knowing that I am meeting, if not exceeding the nutrition needs of my body post-op. I purchased an 8-week supply of the chewable vitamins. At three months out from surgery, I still have one and a half bottles left. They are hard to get through due to the barely tolerable taste. At times I can chew them fast and it is not so bad, other times, it is pure misery. I will probably continue purchasing this vitamin, but in the capsule form.

I'm reviewing the chewable formula...it's hideous tasting. I choke these things down 3 times a day. Just crush them as well as possible between my teeth and take a big swig of water to wash them down...horrible. I think they're excellent nutritionally but I can't wait to get to the capsules when i'm far enough post op I can swallow them. (I'm using the vista chewables pre-op for a month like they recommend.) No idea how I'm gonna gag these things down post op. Ick.

I searched and searched for vities that were just right for me. Finally, I have found them. The added bonus of the auto-ship and auto-bill is great. I love that it is just one less thing for me to keep track of! The people at Customer Service are fabulous and have always answered my emails right away. In some cases...within minutes!

I have so much more energy since I started using Vista Vitamins about 4 months ago. I kept on forgetting my b-12 - now I don't have to worry about it. I'm very pleased with the quality and value.

The capsules are very easy to swallow. I really like the auto-ship, I don't have to worry about running out. I have not been sick or had a cold/flu since I started these.

I have been using the chewables which taste OK, but you need to choke down 5 of them a day. That's a bummer. I'm switching to the swallables. The chewables are kind of powdery, and if you inhale while they are in your mouth, you get powder down your throat. AGH! Otherwise, great value and great nutrition!

I use the capsules but they also have chewables. I like these because they were designed specifically for gastric bypass patients.

I found out that I was pregnant 6 months post op. When my OB high risk doctor reviewed the nutritional information for the Vista Vitamins that I was taking, she instructed me to continue taking those in lieu of regular prenatal vitamins. She said that these vitamins were exactly what I needed!
