Craig Krause Psychiatrist

The Psychiatrist was fine at the time. However, I saw him in Oct of 2003 and its now the end of June 2004 and my doctors office still hasn't received my evaluation. The Psychiatrist office staff is rude and they have lied to me repeatedly about sending it over. They even told me that the doctor hadn't written up my evaluation yet and it would take him another week to have it done.
