Coach Jenna has a Professional Degree (post-master's) in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), a Master of Arts degree in Behavioral Science/Psychology (MA), a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (BS), and is certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer (CPFT) and as a Life Strategies Coach (CLSC).

An integral part of Jenna’s coaching philosophy is that each client has the power and ability to heal himself. She assists clients in removing any “stumbling blocks” that may be interfering with their efforts to move their lives forward. Clients report gaining fresh perspective and newfound enthusiasm about their goals in life.
