Dr. Downey is an excellent physician! He has a sense of humor and is very intelligent. Only bad thing is he is only in the office on Wednesdays, and half a day at that. His appointments are booked months ahead usually. Also, he takes his time with clients and tends to come in about 1 1/2 to 2 hours after your original appointment time.
