Dr. Beam did not have any personal contact with me as his patient. My contact was through his office staff, who were very rude and appeared to have absolutely no concern about my welfare whatsoever. He did tell my daughter that the problem was due to being overweight and if excess weight was lost, there wouldn't be a problem. He was very condescending and degrading and acted like he was disgusted with an overweight person. Absolutely no empathy.

I have never seen or met this doctor. He just read the results of my study, refused to provide any assistance in obtaining my medical equipment and sent me a bill. He said the cause of my daughter's sleep apnea was because she was overweight and if she lost the weight, her sleep apnea would probably go away. (She actually saw the guy.)
