She is a very nice lady and very efficient at her job. However, her office is very slow at completing necessary paperwork. Still waiting for documentation for insurance purposes stating that she is qualified to complete evaluations for Gastric Bypass Surgery consults. My insurance gives you 60 days to complete requested information before they throw your request out and I'm getting very close to that date. It seems that everything is taking so long when all it takes is a written statement of qualification. Overall Dr. Guinn is a very nice lady.

I met Lori at the SOMC life center, we worked out together every morning for 2 yrs before I knew what she did . She knows the struggle of keeping weight under control and is very understanding that for some people it is harder. She is a motivator and friend to anyone, and I have seen first hand her determination and professionalism. Highly recommend speaking with her.
