I use this for my hair based on my stylists recommendation... she told me to use Sea Kelp... same difference... the iodine in the tablets is supposed to increase hair growth... well it has!

I have used the Chocolate flavor and now I am trying the Strawberry flavor. The only thing I can complain about is that I get really tired of the flavor. I am considering another brand, but this was cheap and had all the amino acids I needed.

These are tiny 1000mcg B-12 with folic acid pills that disolve under your tounge. Good taste.

They take a little while to dissolve, but at least they have a good berry taste.

It comes in cherry flavor so it's worth the taste. I take it before I eat breakfast every morning...

This is an easy alternative to the B 12 shots. It is so easy, just pop under your tounge. Has a nice cherry taste.

i love these little babies. they really gave me my energy back. and they dont taste bad. they dissolve under your tongue.

This is good stuff. I couldn't get it in the 500mg like the doc wanted...but I got it in the 1000mg..and take it everyother day instead.

Love the taste, only one I can mix with just water and ice and enjoy, not just drink.
