These bars are small but filling. They taste great and are the first true lactose free (pareve) I have ever found. I will definitely be using them after surgery.

i think the cost is terrible for one to pay for the wls process,and the taste is nasty,especially after wls

They have this in Vanilla and Chocolate. I have only used the chocolate. Mixed with slim milk, and a few ice cubes blended, makes it taste like a chocolate malt. I really enjoy it. I used it two weeks pre-op, now just 5 days post-op, and still really enjoy it!
