Irish Cream Frozen Latte Recipe

Makes 2 Servings

Ingredients

  • 11.5 ounces of Premier Protein® Café Latte Protein Shake  (Make sure it's chilled!)
  • 4 ounces of Cold Brew Coffee
  • 2 tbs Whipping Cream (or Half & Half Cream)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1 cup of Ice (For a more frozen shake like drink add more ice)

Irish Cream Frozen Latte Directions

  1. Add the chilled PREMIER PROTEIN® Cafe Latte Protein Shake, Ice, and extracts into a blender and blend on high until ice is pulverized and well blended.
  2. Add the Whipping Cream to a small bowl and mix until the cream thickens.
  3. Pour cold brew coffee equally into two cups, then pour the blended mix on top of that.
  4. Gently spoon the whipped cream into each of the cups and enjoy your Irish Cream Frozen Lattes!

*Optional: Top with Crushed Almonds!

Caramel Cold Brew Coffee with Sea Salt Foam

Makes 2 Servings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add ice to two glasses and pour the cold brew coffee over the top of the ice.
  2. Pour the Premier Protein® Caramel Protein Shake equally into both glasses with the coffee.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy whipping cream with a pinch of sea salt until frothy (you can use a hand frother).
  4. Pour the cream over the top of the coffee drinks and serve.

Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and heat until 140 degrees.
  2. Stir until everything is blended.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

High Protein Egg Nog

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 2 Premier Protein® 11oz. Vanilla Shakes
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 2 Tbsp sugar substitute like Stevia, more or less to taste
  • 2 tsp rum extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp + pinch nutmeg, ground
  • 2 pinches cinnamon, ground

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan heat on medium to medium high the Premier Protein® Shake, egg substitute and sweetener. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens slightly, usually a few minutes. Note, do not bring to a boil. Stir in the vanilla, rum, ½ tsp nutmeg & pinch of cinnamon.
  2. Remove from heat and pour into a heat resistant container, cover and refrigerate until the eggnog has cooled (at least 3 hours).
  3. Just prior to serving, ladle your yummy high protein eggnog into glasses, and garnish each with an extra little sprinkle of ground nutmeg & ground cinnamon.

  1. Brew 2 shots of Espresso.
  2. Froth the Premier Protein® Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake and pour over the Espresso.
  3. Optional: Top with Cinnamon if desired.

Ingredients

  • 1 Premier Protein® Shake (Vanilla, Chocolate, or Caramel Flavor)
  • 1 tbsp. Instant Coffee
  • 2 tsp. Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tbsp. Hot Water
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Add the Instant Coffee, Sugar Substitute, and Hot Water into a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until you reach a thick consistency. Once peaks form, set the bowl aside.
  2. Fill a glass with Ice and pour your Premier Protein® Protein Shake over the Ice and top with the whipped coffee mixture and stir to combine.
