Syntrax® Vendor
I use the lemon tea daily and love it! I have also used the pink grapefruit, apple, grape, strawberry kiwi, orange, cappuccino , fuzzy navel and chcolate. I also will add some crystal light or mio for flavoring at time. The cappuccino and chcolate are great in my coffee, but the lemon tea is my favorite.

Before I had WLS I researched protein powders (my Dr. gives you a list of options) and Syntrax Nectar seemed to be the best reviewed online. I ordered Fuzzy Navel, Caramel Macchiato, and Double-Stuffed Cookie. They taste as good as the name implies. The advantage of the Fuzzy Navel flavor is that it can be blended with milk for a Creamsicle flavor or water/ice.
(BTW I have no association/affiliation with Syntrax or Nectar)
Prepared with 1 cup of Fairlife 2% Ultra-filtered milk, crushed ice, and 1 scoop of protein powder will yield you 36g of protein (220 calories). I have Peanut Butter Cookie flavor on order & can't wait to try it. I also use Atkins and Premier Protein ready to drink shakes but making my own is my preferred method of protein delivery - plus I have yet to see a shake with 36g of protein. I'm going to try to have at least one of my prepared shakes every day. They take longer to drink than the ready made shakes which is another positive.

When your no longer in the mood for chocolate or vanilla and want something fruity the sector products are great. My favorite is the Fuzzy Navel. I did try the Caribbean Cooler and unless your a total coconut freak steer clear of that one. The Strawberry Kewi is alight but not something I'd buy again. Their website normally has sample boxes you can order for less and try all the flavors which I recommend before committing to a full tub. Also the unflavored is perfect for adding to things like chicken broth. The broth remains clean to slightly cloudy but isn't foamy or chunky at all.

All is well when you mix it into water but DO NOT put it in a shaker. Has a slight protein taste initially but goes away with a second swig. Cold water and a couple of ice cubes make this a tasty way to get protein. Looking forward to try the other ones.

This is by far the worst protein powder I have ever tasted. I can't even describe how it tatste. Not too mention the green color makes it even more unappealing. I made the mistake of buying a 2 pound canister because someone had told me it was really good. I can't mix it with anything!! That nasty apple flavor keeps coming back to me and makes me cringe.
