HELP - e-mail pictures?

For those who have a head shot with your e-mails... can you let me know how do I do that?

Hi Debra, First you have to join the web site and to do this you have to set up your profile. See the tool bar at the top of this page? Click on the one that says Join. Fill out this form and it will guide you to all the rest. It will show you where you can upload a photo to your site. Yes, you will have your own site to keep your daily journey logged. Once your Photo is uploaded and each time you post a message your photo will be with it and on your site. Very easy to do. Jean
