Yes you should be able to absorb those, but the dose is not high enough in my opinion.

It is K2, Vitalady has K2 in doses of 50mcg and 150mcg. I read a few back posts on K2  and i noticed most people have issues with bone related lab work and they were taking higher doeses of K2. I am looking for a sort of bare minimum k2, as I am 27, no history of osteporisis in the family... i was thinking to start this would be good?

The k-1 i have is at 1000mcg

I think your plan is good for the K1 and K2, but keep an eye out because we're still learning about them--K2 especially. Many of us need about 50,000IUs of dry D3 to maintain good levels.

I hope so too, it is expensive lol. You think i should lower it right now? I just picked 200k since my D was so low and the recomendation on vitalady was 50k. It is spaced out 4 times a day  but i dont know, you think i am taking too much and not absorbing?

I would. You might go to 100,00IUs but I wouldn't ru**** with 200,000 if you don't have to.

Wowser..that is a LOT of D!!! My 6 month labs were great minus my D which was critically low. It was a 4. So in addition to the 35,000 IU I take weekly, I was given a 50,000 IU booster to take once a week bringing me to 85,000 IUs a week. I thought that was a lot but I guess not so much!!

With a Vit D level at 4 you need way more than what you are currently taking. You mentioned being given a booster. What it a prescription for Vit D? The reason I ask is because the prescriptions given are almost always the wrong type of D. It's normally d2 and we don't absorb it. There are very few people on here that take less than 50,000iu of D3 per day and many take twice that amount.
