Early: Coffee
Breakfast: Kashi Cereal w/a few strawberries
Lunch: Taco salad WOULDNT GO DOWN :( i THINK THE LEAFTY GREENS WHERE TO FIBEROUS AND DIDN'T GO DOWN.. SO PURE PROTEIN BAR INSTEAD A MINI PACK OF M&M'S
Dinner: Ground Sirlon taco seasoned over rice w/veggies
Snack: Fruit
After Dinner Snack maybe - sugar free tapioca

Gym tonight - 60 min cardio and some leg exercise

B: French Toast made with eggbeaters and diluted syrup...(had a hankering)
L: Meatloaf + veggies
D: I think we are doing burgers...so 3 oz 96% lean beef, with pickle, mustard and ketchup an onion ring and salad
Snack: apple + rf string cheese
Lots of water!

I love it and I only eat 3/4 of a cup with Almond Unsweetneed Vanilla Almond Milk and 1/2 packet of splenda.

Breakfast: Mixed berry, orange juice & one scoop of protein powder smoothie
Lunch: Strawberry banana Atkins protein shake
Dinner: Fruit & protein powder smoothie
Late Snack: 1 cup of beef broth

Breakfast   turkey sausage and scrambled eggs

Lunch  chicken breast with melted baby swiss cheese over it . I dont feel like anything else so will eat a good cup of that .

Dinner   bowling tonight so going to have a chicken breast with mushrooms, green peppers, onions with side salad

Snack chobani greek yogurt with pineapple in it



Did Curves with zumba today for my exercise and bowling tonight

Early - Coffee/water, and 1 graham cracker (stomach was kinda icky)

Breakfast  - 2 turkey sticks wrapped in 2 slices reduced fat colby jack

Lunch - 4oz ground turkey mixed with 1/2 cup black beans and 1/4 cup corn mixed with 1/2 cup Fritos

Snack -  Almonds (if needed)

Dinner - Sirloin strips

GYM - 40 minutes cardio, 35 minutes arms/back/shoulders

1 week Post-Op - Full Liquids

Breakfast:  Coffee, Protein shake (Bariatric Advantage - Vanilla)
Lunch:  Protein shake (Bariatric Advantage - Strawberry)
Dinner:  Unjury Chicken Soup Protein

This will be the first day that I believe I will be able to get all three shakes in.
