Guys do you mix your protein shakes with milk or water?

I use either Skim Plus or Almond milk with a little water (the almond milk is thicker). And I use ice, of course.

Depends on the shake...but most of time skim milk

If I use water, I freeze it before eating so that its slushy. If I use milk then I can add ice to make it slushy or drink it as a shake. Sometimes it depends on my caloric intake for the day.
Like anything else you need to weigh your options.

Since I prefer the Syntrax Nectars.. I use either Crystal Lite or Powerade Zero. The flavors I like are citrusy.. not sure how that would go with milk.
