Linden Hills Coffee Outing

This is for everyone...June 6th is the only SAT in June that would work for me.  Keep in mind that you and/or your family and/or your friends and/or just you....can do this on your own any time, but if you are interested in joining me, come June 6th.  Starting at 8:30, meet at Dunn Brothers (park on any Minneapolis street) on 43rd and Upton.



After getting your coffee fix, we will walk to AND around Lake Harriet and back (total may be 3-4 miles), stopping to ride the trolley if you so desire:



Halfway round the lake is the ROSE GARDEN, not sure when it is in bloom, but at some point it will be....make a mental note to return if it's not early June:




Then we head back to Famous Daves for lunch, which is right next to Dunn Brothers:


So I order the above and share it with a few folks....does that not sound like a plan?  They have many menu choices that will accomadate many needs.


After lunch, do some shopping if you want...at the Linden Hills Coop:


Or the Great Harvest Bakery:


or any of the other Quaint little shops....or visit the historic Linden Hills Library.

So, whose up for this outting.....

It's on my calendar!  Linden Hills is my favorite neighborhood - used to live there, and am usually there every Saturday, knitting at Linden Hills Yarns!  (one other good place to shop!)

This sounds, and looks like a blast.
My brain is trash right now with "stuff" filling it, Paul, will you help me to remember, just a little bit closer to the date? I wanna go!!!
