This Thursday's topic will be maintaining weight loss! Mama Amy from Unity Hospital sent me a great article and I've found a few other informational articles I'd like to share. I know many of you are pre-ops or very recent post-ops and not yet in maintenance, but the the same tips are probably part of your plan already.
