bad pain & cramping on 5DPT..

so, i started the 5 day pouch test yesterday. day 1 went fine. day 2 was going fine until about 3:30. i got these really bad period-like cramps, but up around where my pouch is. it's a ripping, pulling, tightening pain. i thought that maybe it was from being hungry, but it doesn't feel like that at all. my eats yesterday were: protein shakes, protein pudding, cream soup and water.. and pretty much the same today. my period is not due, so do you think the pain is related to the 5DPT?? any input is appreciated!

oh, and also i'm feeling really nauseous, like i want to puke..

 Is there anything new in there you usually don't eat? Has everything been refridgerated properly etc?

If you don't normally have a lot of milk you could be reacting to that. Maybe switch to lactose free milk?

Just curious... what is a 5 day pouch test? What are you 'testing'? Thanks! :)

i went to bed early last night because i couldn't stand the pain. i didn't have a very good sleep; kept waking up from the cramps. but then this morning, i felt better. i hope the pain doesn't come back. weird, weird body..
eating soft foods today! woo!
