where have you been all my life?!

i was out grocery shopping today and i usually pick up those individual containers of sf pudding for when i have my sweets craving. (60 calories, no sugar, 1 gram of protein)

well today i came across these source yogurt dessert selections in individual sizes.
there were two packs. one had: strawberry chantilly, raspberry cranberry crumble, cherry delight and lemon meringue parfait. the other pack had: creme caramel, raspberry-chocolate, strawberry parfait and cafe latte. (35 calories, 4 grams of natural sugar- no sugar added, 4 grams of protein).

i can't wait to try 'em all!

I love all of the Source flavours except maybe the vanilla tango ones.
They really do taste like a treat.

I hate the vanilla ones.. wish I had a neighbor who liked them and hated lemon.. oh lemon.. lol.  Actually haven't bought the dessert ones for like a year or more, I do find them very sweet.

Sounds great, i have had the lemon but in the larger containers, I will have to keep my eyes open for the smaller variety packs, some of those flavours sound decadent.

Source brand yogurts are my favorite choice for flavored fat free sugar free yogurts.
They are a bit sweet.. so I put them to good use by mixing one small serving cup of the Source  yogurt with an equal amt of greek yogurt (fat free plain) to make them thicker and slightly less sweet.. while boosting the protein content per serving..yummo!!!!
I start my day with this source/greek yogurt combo with a tablespoon of cheerios or kashi cereal sprinkled on top.. for my  serving of delectable delight!

Oh yeah!  They're all really, really good.  Creme caramel is (was) my all-time favourite dessert, so to find a fat-free yogurt that goes by the same name....you know I was all over it.  While it's true that it's not the same as the original, it sure is tasty!  Close enough to keep me happy.   My other fav in that pack is the cafe latte ....nummy!

enjoy your flavour adventures.

big hugs
