1 more week, and I am going in for surgery.

Had my pre-op appointment yesterday, bloodwork and ECG.  Everything went great!  They are ancipating an easy surgery, and quick recovery.

Lost another 6lbs since last Thursday, that makes a total of 32 lbs on Optifast!!!  I can't wait till after surgery, VSG, I am getting excited.

Surgery date: September 22, in Hamilton, Dr. Hong.

32lbs on optifast??? That's amazing!!!! How long are you on it?

Monday will be 2 weeks for me and I am down 15....I am hoping to hit 20

I have 3 more days left of my 3 weeks.  I lost a lot of water weight in my first 2 weeks, and only 6 lbs in the last week.  You are doing great at 15 lbs. I know people who actually gained 5 lbs on the shakes.
