i havent been online in a while, and thougth id post the progress of my journey.
i have lots an abundance of weight, and have pretty much stalled at this point, but am very happy with the results.
i am 9 months post op as of yesterday(april 15) and i have dropped 140lbs!!

making me only 4 pounds away from my goal weight :)
begininning weight 324lbs (july 15)
now 184lbs (april 15).

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.
