Well today I made my personal goal witch was 160 lbs but weighed in this morning at 158 lbs. So now on to my second goal of 140 lbs. In 7 months I lost 116 lbs I'am so very happy

To all of you who are waiting for your journey to begin it's so worth it :) Thank you all to my oh family you guys have been fantastic
