How does it taste Ann?  This is something I worry about as I have a sensitive gag reflex.

I was expecting the worst from the comments here.  But I had plain vanilla for breakfast - it was so thick - needed more water but tasted fine.  Had chocolate for lunch and late afternoon, had another vanilla with crystal light at night.

I wouldn't say they are the best thing I have tasted - but certainly not the worst.  The are more than tolerable using lots of ice and ice cold water.

Mind you - that was day 1 so I might have a different opinion after a few days.

Good luck when it is your turn.....

I was on them for 4 weeks, and my fav way to have it was with 1 cup water, lots of ice and a scoop of instant coffee.. it was like a less awesome ice cap
