Doing a bit better this week than last.  Slowed down a bit on the exercising and took a break this weekend.  Dropped most of the water weight.. yay...

I dunno what is going on with me but my last ap[pointment with my family doctor a month ago I was 260 and now I am 269...??

I stopped drinking pop a couple weeks aqgo (for the most part) I used to drink 2-4 cans of Diet Pepsi a day and now I only treat myself maybe a can every couple days! Soon going to none.. I am starting to not even enjoy it (Thank God!!)

I know I have been having the "last meal" mentality for a couple weeks, but hell, I havent been eating THAT much!

Since my last weigh in I have also started drinking 2000 ML or more of Crystal light per day.. could it be water retnetion?

I am taking HCTZ though, but also taking LIpitor (which Ihear causes water retention??) Also take Adalat...

its frustrating!

Crystal Light makes me retain water like crazy  I cut it out for a week once and changed nothing else and I dropped 8 lbs.  I'm not sure if it's the aspartame or what but that was the only artificial sweetener that I was having.  Do you notice your fingers swollen after you have had the CL?  Mine used to look like little sausages if I drank it.  Now I mix 1 packet in a 1 L of water instead of in 500 ml and I don't seem to get as much retention.

I have not paid any mind to my fingers but will after today. ugh!!! fristrating.
