6 week check up today!!!
Went for my 6 week check up today and Dr N P-H said I was doing great...Phew so glad to hear that come out of her. I was worried I wasnt loosing enough because I had a long stall 3 weeks out. I love her...she really is a great person and surgeon who has changed my life forever. I started my 45 min on the treadmmill yesterday and aquafit tomorrow so hopefully I will see the pounds shed again soon:) Im getting in about 6 glasses of water in which im trying to get to 8 a day and eating my protien and veg first. I cant believe how much energy I have and how good I feel after loosing just 50lbs. My goal is to loose 150 without having a revision...eek! Fingers crossed I can do this! I want it REALLY bad so I believe I can.
