...with my ketone halitosis.

2nd day of pre-op diet and ketoacidosis has started.  Yeah!  Four pounds down since starting the pre-pre-op diet last week!!

Oh yeah, it's nasty! But a good sign that your diet is doing the job. Congrats on your loss to date!

I too had that as well as post op.
I still get it when my carbs are light. The days I eat more carbs, it goes away.
I have the ketone test strips and when I notice my breath, I test and yup...there they are!!
It's the fat burning stage.... I still have more to burn!!! lol Burn baby burn!!!

 Make sure you brush your tongue I found that helped and also the biotien (I thinks that's how it's spelled) its a mouth wash that worked the best for me during my dragon breath stage

 you may be one of the unfortunate's who have that breath permanently post surgery...    jk
