so hi all just wanted to say hi and that i am still here just haven't posted much but am always reading. I am waiting to hit a goal in my head and once the scale matches that I will post a full update ..... but just saying hi all :)

Hi Robin!! Happy belated surgiversary!!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

mom has been doing okay, not using her tool to the best of her ability I must admit and I am a bit worried that old patterns are creeping back into her life but on a better note she feels much better and is more independant and her health has greatly improved
