So i just found out DO NOT REHEAT SOUP AFTER YOU'VE ADDED PROTEIN POWDER. i add my protein powder after heating up my soup but then it got cold so i put it back in the microwave and when i opened to door it had boiled over and became really thick.

just thought i would put this out there as an FYI lol

I've done that before too!  Everything gets cold while we're eating it these days!  LOL  I didn't have a problem though.  But it was only 20 sec or so.

Thanks for the tip!  I'm just getting used to eating only a few bites or sips of hot food now.  I sort of knew this, but forgot about it!

So... If you boil some water... pour it in a bowl... place your plate over it... it keeps plated food warm.

If you re-heat soup on low (via stove tope) stirring while you heat... you can heat it. Sort of like slow heating cream soup.

As well, adding protein powder to a liquid that is hotter than 130 degrees Fahrenheit can be a disaster as well.  I used to heat my soup and use the digital thermometer to check the temperature.
