Picked up the new YOPA yogurt. 0% MF, 8g of protein as opposed to some of the other lf/sf yogurts that are only 3g of protein. This stuff is really good!

How does it compare to Greek yogurt?  I like yogurt but find the Greek stuff just way to thick for ,e.

It's greek yogurt that is why it is more protein per cup. That one has real sugar added though so be careful.  Source has flavoured greek yogurts that have no sugar in them so they are even better stats.

Too much sugar and carbs for me.  The source one too is my fave.  The cherry is amazing!

Cherry is my fav as well.  I throw it in the freezer for a bit and let it get good and icy.

There seems to be an explosion of Greek yogurt choices over the last year or two, most have something wonky, too little protein, too much sugar, etc.  Be sure you're reading the whole label, note the protein but also make sure you're not taking in a huge amount of carbs (esp sugars).  Its hard to beat plain 0% greek yogurt with some fruit mixed in when it comes to the stats and taste!

I just saw a commercial for this tonight and thought it looked good :)

I am hoping to find it locally to get a good look at the label & possibly try it!

Was looking at it yesterday in the store and I ended up putting it right back on the shelf. Way to much sugar for my liking for such a small serving. Better stuff out there than that

When I went to see the nutritionist at the Bariatric clinic she recommended the Source Greek Yogurt.  And I actually really like it.  It has 8 grams of protein and very little carbs.  Great for diabetics like me!!!
