Do any of you have a favourite WLS book (whether it be a cookbook, or an overall primer on post op lifestyle) that you would recommend?

Years ago when I had surgery I really enjoyed and found value in Weight Loss Surgery for Dummies. So many years later there are some wonderful online resources to be found. This site for one, the Ontario Recipes Forum on this site (link in my profile), http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.ca/, and MANY more. A quick Google search will lead you to hundreds of worthy reads.

I agree with Karen, after almost 6 years post-op I still go to the blog/website that she mentions~!!

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!.  Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!
