Morning all. Hope all is well. Ah it sucks that you might be catching a cold, hope it goes away soon too. No, unfortunately i'm not ready for zumba yet Z :(. Not for a few more weeks. Whilst my knee is doing a bit better, i still have some stiffness, pain and still a bit unsteady when i walk. I'm itching to get back into exercising for my mind and spirit if anything. Today i follow up with the surgeon and i'll let you know what he says.

Good luck with the surgeon today.  When I hear sausage all I can think of lately is cc and her sausage squiring out blue cheese.  Lol.  One I am not a fan of it the Marc d'angelo meats, I had 2 bad experiences and said never again.  Too bad because they are a good price.    What style of sausage did you get?

The surgeon said i was doing well and on track. I can start cycling with no resistance and when the pain is gone i can do the more strenuous stuff.

LOL at CC sausage. I got the authentic brand from food basics, Italian i think they are. 210 cals, 0 carbs, 13 fat, 22 protein. It weighed a little less after cooking.
