Hope everyone has a good Canada Day and gets to watch some fireworks. After seeing some of the things that are going on in the world, I am so glad that I live in this country.
Today will be spent celebrating. Good food (good choices), dancing and fireworks.

Something odd happen last night. I was in a deep sleep and i woke up choking on a bit of vomit. Took forever to get rid of the residue in my throat. Always sleep on my stomach too. Guess i was still full when i went to bed?

Now about that vomit. We both know that aspirating vomit in your sleep is a dangerous thing. Journal what happened and what you were eating before and the time you ate and went to bed. Let your doc know, and get tested for nut allergies. OK I'm done telling you off, lol. Now go and have fun today.

Hurray the fireworks didn't get cancelled. I am such a big kid at heart. I am the loudest with the oooohs and the aaaaaahs.

The only way I could drink Optifast was blended with lots of ice and decaf coffee crystals. Stay strong, you've got this.
