Morning, not a particularly good one.  I don't want to Adult today, so I have a half-assed menu.

Going to convince a co-worker to go for lunch.....for what I don't know, maybe Swiss Chalet.

B - Light & Fit Greekcrunch Key Lime Pie

S - kolbassa, cheese, strawberries (all measured and logged too lazy to look at and type stats)

L - ??

S - egg salad, cucumber slices

D - meaty spag sauce

S - ???

What you see there is:

Cal 649, carbs 35, protein 53

so add a meaty lunch, and I'll likely need a shake to get the protein to an acceptable level.

Can I go back to bed now?

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Morning G. I hear you on being a grown up and the weather is not really a pleasant one to be up this early either.

I had fun at placement yesterday and the day zipped by really fast. We went to CTV for a meeting that involved the city and tree of angels so they can build a pyramid for the toy drive and it will be televised as the pyramid grows. I thought that was just nice. Got to see the studio and all. I did a lot on my first day and looking forward to today. 

OMG, can you guys believe i'll be 3yrs out in four days. Time flies, eh?

S - 2oz corned beef

L - 3oz dark chicken meat

S - 3oz eye of round

D - 3oz smoked turkey wing

S - 1 cup silk cashew with miralax

RNY 7 Years 6 Months Post Op 

Morning 

Heading out for a test today that calls for nada after midnight.  Not a happy girl when I can't have my coffee in the morning.  Won't be eating until about 2.  

2pm - coffee

           protein bar 

D -  out to a steakhouse so naturally I'm having filet and vegetable 

       1 small dinner roll

       Glass of red

 

S  -  oikos greek 

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are :   1,112, Carbs  -  61 Grams,   Protein  -  81 Grams 

All water and vits

Thanks Pat and Monica for the well wishes.   Great to find out my stoma looks good and my pouch is the size of a tangerine at over 7.5 years post op.

  1.  Dense protein, dense protein, dense protein 
  2.   Weigh, measure, log on myfitness pal
  3.   Get back on the horse when you falter, as quickly as possible 

Also, keep focused.

Take advantage of your honeymoon period, first 6 months, and then your next 18 months.  I did not cheat once in 10 months.  And kept true to the program at a 98% rate until goal.  Lost 160 pounds in 14 months

There are no do overs.  So don't waste it

I've never seen the light and fit Greek yogurts here. Where do you get them?
