enjoying my favourite chair at home.  Had a little strained cream of mushroom soup for lunch but I only managed 2 tsp of appkesauce with my protein powder mixed in.  After finushing that, I passed out for 1.5 hrs.  No pain, jyst tired.  Tooting away.  My water bottle us intimidating.  How am I going to finish this today?   Also picked up tge gas prescriptions they gave me, but still trying to fiqure out when.  Gas pains too are okay.  Thanking everyone for their well wishes and thanking my lucky stars.

Yay Deb007!!  So glad you're home safe and sound and all went well!!! Take care of yourself and keep us posted.  Don't forget walk, walk, sip, sip, toot, toot!!

Thank you.   Had 1/4 c cream of mushroom ( without mushrooms) for lunch.... no problem.  Only ate a bit of my applesauce/protein powder.  For dinner I had 1/4 cottage cheese ( took me 1/2 hr) but it went down so nicely.  Had Oikis greek yogurt ( hald a small contaner) with 1tsp sf rasberry syrup and protein powder.  I managed half of it and tgank god all went down okay aling with all the pills so far...

Is it plain Greek yogurt or where did you get sugar free Oikis yogurt?  looking for more yogurt choices...ty
