Yesterday, 6/16, was my six month surgiversary! I feel great and so happy that I had this surgery. It is a great tool!!! I am in the home stretch - though I have not set a particular goal, I would like to reach the normal bmi range - 24.9. To celebrate this milestone, I enjoyed a five mile walk on Sunday - my first ever. Wishing you all the best! I have appreciated the support I have received here!
