QOTD I rarely have pockets in the pants I wear so I travel light as far as keys. A house key, my key fob and my perks card to my grocery store.

I am so frustrated with myself. I haven't lost this month, haven't really gained but should be down.

I am doing a back on track week like JB but I am doing 3 - 4 shakes a day and a meal.I need to carb detox something fierce. I am noticing some fat girl behavior creeping back in and that has to stop.

I am making an appointment with my bariatric shrink to see if that helps.

Melissa is doing the shakes, not me. I'm not nearly that disciplined, right now, so don't give me the credit for good behavior!

I have also set up an appointment for myself with the therapist who the local bariatric program uses (I went to a center further away), and they dont have an opening until next month.  So I am waiting on that! Hopefully I mesh well with her, my inner far girl is always trying to muscle her way into my brain and I need some help dealing with that.

I also just bought the book that was recommended on another thread here that I will start reading tonight.

The saying "misery loves company" might not 100% apply here, but just want to let you know I get what you are going through
