So glad you are having a great time Daisy, you look fabulous!  What foods can't you buy in Canada.  I would have thought you would be able to buy most of the same foods as here.

There are some foods that went can't get such as Light & Fit yogurt, and then there is the bazaillion flavors of Oreo cookies, I think we have 2-3 flavors back home, there is potato chip flavors that you have here we don't have at home, there are ice cream brands and flavors we don't have back home, I have never seen this Fair life milk you guys all talk about in Canada, every food there seems to be a massive excess of it, for example the crackers, and cereal, so many different kinds, flavors, brands, stuff I have never heard of like "Captain Crunch with marshmallows???????????"  WHY??????????????

Its just really different LOL LOL

What a wonderful time you are having.  It all sounds so perfect. The one thing I can't wrap my head around is your not liking crab.  How is that possible? I love, love, love all crab, but dungeness is my favorite.  Well, I do live in Oregon, so disliking crab is against the law here.

its weird MA I like all seafood but crab, my fav being lobster, but you know I think I have issues with the work that goes into crab legs, so maybe I should retract my statement and say I do like crab but hate crab legs and all the work you have to do LOL LOL

I totally get the thing about crab being too much work.  Cracking crab is not my favorite thing to do, for sure.  It would be easier if they had a nice big tail like a lobster.

Good Morning! I also am not ready for this week. I already have a ton of meetings on my calendar. Oh well, let's do this! My stress reducer is my exercise time. On a good note, I am having lunch with a friend that is currently out of the office on leave so it will be nice to catch up and see how she is doing.

QOTD: Car key, house key with a beagle thing that fits over the top of it, A New kids on the block keychain, an A's homeplate keychain, Vitaminshoppe rewards card, a pink and red craft "lace" thingy my daughter made and a leather keychain that says Jesus cares for you (from my daughter when she went to camp) oh and my huge garage door remote. Yeah, it's alot!

Time since surgery: 20 months

B: SF latte, egg beaters with shredded cheese, slice of bacon

L: TBD

S: SF latte, Raspberry Greek yogurt, a boiled egg and beef jerky

D: Roast, carrots and a baby potato, lemon "cheesecake"
