Its a late post. I woke up late and had things to do so im just getting on.

QOTD It probably had something to do with dogs.

Late breakfast spinach, yellow pepper, ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

Late lunch steak, sweet potato and grilled mushrooms. Also had a piece of cheesecake from Logans.

S Greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange
