I was super concerned when my levels dropped after my revision, but everything seems to be on the right track now. I have a hard time with oral iron so I was so happy to find the patch and the increased levels is definitely a benefit.

Love Amy and Oliver!

Having a hard time lately with BLT's and over eating nuts at my dad's....I know I am super distracted with all that is going on and I don't even realize I'm doing it. I'm out of sorts.... I need to get it together cuz I was up 1.5 pounds this morning. Also I am retaining water and constipated which is lovely. Wake up woman!

I'm off today. I have my 6 month apt next week so I need to get my blood work done this morning, go see my mom, go to the gym, then to my dad's for the day. Tonight BF and I were planning to go out, but I think I would rather stay in relax with a fire tonight. We have a super busy weekend on tap still.

QOTD - I have many personal ones, but right now I would want to get involved with elder care services to help families arrange for immediate services at no cost.

What a STUNNING Picture!! And she is holding flowers!!! I love this so much!!!

I know is so hard when you are out of your comfort zone and out of your routine, travelling back and forth to hospitals, appts, trust me I get it. The one thing I love about being post op, it forces me to plan and have "back up food". You can do this. I know its a stressful time but you have not come this far to go off the rails with some nuts so get your head back in the game girl! That's my tough love to you! Hope your Mom is better, sending prayers and healing her way!

I love your "business venture" idea, what an amazing idea, I would do that with you!!

Good morning! I'm in my backyard sweating but getting some sun before I leave with DH and SIL to see MIL (97 in hospital not doing well). It is a 3 hour round trip drive, so not much rest again today.

I do plan to get flowers and plant them in the containers on our back deck this weekend. If I get really motivated I might take out some old bushes in the front and replace them with hydrangeas (that may be a long shot). My picture at the bottom is my backyard right now.

QOTD: I'd like to work with children and young adults with cancer - providing funding and resources for them to connect and have fun.

B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese

L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese

D:? Possibly out, maybe leftover shrimp

S: nut thins and hummus, protein bar
