No, it was not full sugar. Fat free sugar free - suggested by my WLS centre. maybe it was just too rich. thank you for your input.

I have found that foods I can eat one day, I can't eat the next. I am 7 weeks out. At 3 weeks I was trying to progress my diet per the Dr & Nut's plan and I was throwing up almost daily. I had to take a step backwards for a bit. Still now though, I can eat slices of ham one day and the next day I feel sick. I have learned to stop when that feeling arises so I don't throw up. It's all a learning process. I have also gotten sick off of pudding.

you will find that the longer you are on here, you may not be able to rely on the food guidelines your center provides. They told me oatmeal and cream of wheat was ok early out. If i had listened to them, I would have NOT made it under goal or even to goal.

Probably not dumping just maybe u accidentally over ate. I vomit too when that happens. Hope u feel better soon

Feeling so much better today. I agree I probably overate or the pudding was too rich.
