That sounds perfect to me. I think it's fine yo have a range and not eat exactly the same every day.

Hi guys.Daisy you were great!

Spent yesterday worrying about my sister and her husband in Sarasota. They were very well prepared... But I worried anyway... Will their roof blow off...will they get washed away in the biggest storm surge ever? I haven't heard from them but they're probably exhausted not to mention no cell service.

I've had tons of jobs over the years. In the early seventies I baked organic bread for a food co-op...almost opened a bakery at a Quaker coffee house (they had an industrial oven) I decided to go back to school and after that worked as a writer/editor/researcher .... I wrote scripts,.. car manuals (I don't know how to drive)... lots of work with people in oncology and an NGO developing health related materials for people in rural Africa...my big hit ...a video on nonscapel vasectomy.

B. Protein drink with coffee

L. Leftover crumbles (protein substitute for hamburger) with diced tomatoes

S. Hummus and cottage cheese

D. Same as lunch maybe add some endame pasta 21 carbs, 11 grams fiber, 22 g protein..

Have a nice day everybody. Sorry to go on and on! Nancy

Good afternoon Menu Family!

Accountability: Friday was under calories and carbs, Saturday was fine by calories but I included two slices of double fiber bread and didn't come close to hitting my protein requirements. Sunday was fine on all fronts. Take-away: I need to pack protein dense meals like RTD shakes and protein bars for days I'm away from home.

QOTD:

When I was a freshman in high school I was tired of scrambling all summer with odd jobs like baby sitting, dog walking, lawn mowing, etc... to make enough money to support my horse and other misc expenses. I got the idea to start up a carriage business in the little summer town where my family stayed up on Lake Erie. My parents did not buy into this grand scheme of mine so I convinced a small business owner in our home town to front me the money. I found a carriage service in a nearby town and exchanged labor for learning how to harnes****ch, and drive carriage horses, then I leased a carriage and two horses from them for a trial run in the little town (Lakeside Ohio). I also had to convince the town that a 14 yr old kid running a carriage business was a good idea... I was able to get "Trotting Tours" up and running and was financially successful. And I was able to spend my days with HORSES! I also learned that when you own your own business you work incredibly hard, carry a ton of stress, never feel you can really take time away, and your days "off" are spent fixing and repairing things while your siblings are water skiing and sun bathing.

I finally decided on the puppy I'm getting on the 30th His name has to start with an "N" so I'm calling him "Neville", he's a Epagneul Breton which is basically a French Britney dog - they are just smaller, more laid back, and come in more colors. I wanted a dog that would be happy and healthy living in an apartment, yet still love to go for a run in year round weather. I'm super excited and expecting that by next spring he'll be able to be an integral part of my active life. I'm feeling moderately guilty for not adopting a dog but this seemed like the best option for me. I have a lot of reasons for going with this pup and OMG look at his FACE!!!
