Happy Saturday! Ahhh...it's a beautiful thing! We are taking the dogs for a walk, shopping, running errands and doing stuff around the house. It's finally cooling off around these parts and that makes me happy! Nothing but 40-60's for the 10 days and rain also, yes!

QOTD - I've been on every diet known to man, haha, but the craziest one I can think of right now is a diet coke and dexa-trim diet I went on in high school for a few weeks. It was the mid 80's and a lot of girls were doing it. How crazy!

Accountability - I was at the mini mart buying ice last night and I impulsively bought and scarfed pork rinds! So that was my dinner, ugh.

11 mo post op - 168.1 - going down ever so slowly....

oh yes - Dexa-trim. I think I did Dexa-trim and Tab once in college. Lost a bunch of weight - but of course, it came right back on!

Chilly gloomy day here in Illinois. I woke feeling woozy and with an atrocius headache but Lily and I did get our 3.6 miles in after I ate some breakfast. We'll do another mile after supper too. I had a flu shot and I think thats the issue this morning with achy muscles and general yucky feeling. Plans for today are to help hubby clean the garage and finish switching between spring and winter clothes. Accountability was good but I switched dinner to burgers instead of pork chops last night. Post op 5 years 2 months and weight at 118.2 today. Heres the food for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 1 c chili D 4 oz baked pork chop 1/2 c mixed veggies S 5 oz greek yogurt with 1 T granola for crunch. Have a great day everyone and make smart choices that keep you moving toward your goals!

Morning folks! Morning started off busy. Run is done, dropped my son at school for project help, saw the nutritionist and am taking the older boy to piano. I'll also be returning Bluetooth headphones I bought and trying out the AirPods instead.

Qotd: wildest diet I ever tried was what I heard a radio DJ did to lose weight. She said she ate 500 calories every other day. Imagine my shock and confusion once I realized how little food 500 calories is!!! But when you eat 5k+ calories in the off days, those super low days don't do much lol.

197.5 today, 2.6 Years out

m1: protein shake

m2: egg, thimas' Mini bagel, ham

m3/4: zero idea right now.

Good afternoon,

Qotd it was a 3 day diet and you was supposed to lose 10 pounds. Dr put me ona pill but can not recall the name but it was supposed to block fat and if you ate too much fat, you would have a oily discharge from your rectum and explosive diarrhea.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

D garlic and mozzarella sausage and butternut squash
