My name is Chana...I had gastric bypass (rny) back in 2009 and have been extremely successful. I just completed a book titled "The Weight Is Over!" The book does not go in detail about physical weight but it does discuss in detail the emotional, psychological and spiritual weights we tend to carry on along...thanks to surgery I have changed my life not just by the way I look...I've developed a platform for motivational speaking called the Journey to Self Love..so many of us have done so many things for others but RNY allowed me to finally do something for myself..I'd love for you to check me out on FB...Chana The Changer Kurtz..or "like" my journeytoselflove page..If you are in Houston, I have several workshops coming up in the next couple of weeks as well as book signings...Glad to be in this forum!
