Surgeon Testimonial Alejandro Aguirre M.D. My first impression of Dr. Aguirre was pure comfort. From the moment we met I was at ease. The staff all worked with me very well and even though I hardly know any spanish they never seemed frustrated with me, it was like they understood exactly what I was saying...Dr Aguirre and the 2 other doctors have been to see me everyday. I would give him a 10 every time. My incision was sticted with such a delicate hand, I can imagine the scar will be hardly noticable once I'm healed. Dr. Aguirre promised me this one thing, that he can not promise that I wouldn't have issues with my surgery but he did promise he would take care of me, and he did just that..He expressed the importance of sticking to the diet in order to be successful. I never was an emotional eater like so many struggle with. My issue was always the inactivity. I would eat and stay in the same place, day after day. Not just at home but at work, the same thing. An office with no windows, and a master suite with all the ammenities. I was a big kid and the older I got, the bigger I got not to mention the weight gain behind 3 children..an abusive husband, dealing with my history of molestation and rape...all these "weights" made dealing with my physical weight very difficult. Hello All! I've been dealing with weight for over 20 years and now I'm looking forward to getting this issue out of the way....I havent had all the best support from my mother so far but on August 4th its going down...stay tuned.my name is Chana. I am a 35 year old mother of 3 daughters. I am so excited that I have made up my mind to have RNY. Because of overwhelming insecurities, I have decided that RNY is the best choice for me. I am so looking forward to being active with my children. I love to dance but unfortunately the weight has not been my friend and I am in pain from my shoulders to my ankles...it is my sincere prayer that this surgery is a success and anyone who has any information they can bless me with to help me on this journey will be most appreciated....I am planning on Dr Aguirre performing my surgery in Ensecada. If you have any information to help me, let me know. I am the most open and honest person in the world...besides yourself of course...LOL 
My Story July 10th-On Hilton Head Island with 2 of my daughters...its a gift to them for their birthdays which both fall in July...I'm at my highest nonpregnancy weight 262lbs. I got up to 270 in February as a result of pregnancy but unfortunately lost the baby....not sure if we will again just yet, just seeking to become fit for the first time since I can remember..... |
