If you are thinking about having VSG or about to have it. Dr. Alvarez's book - Successful Weightloss with the Gastric Sleeve is a great book to read. He covers everything. Pre-op, post-op, constipation, diarrhea, hair loss, incisions, pulmonary, embolisms,vitamins, Maintainance. ETC..
