How much can I drink

Hello, I just had my Sleeve done on March 31st in Mexico.  I am still on liquids(water,suguar free jello,broths,sugar free pops,crystal light,apple juice)  Problem is I am getting very little in . 20 0z liquids per day.  Feeling light headed.  My question is how much should I really be drinkings.  How much water a day at this stage and can my stomach take it without stretching out?

According to my NUT you should be taking 32-64 oz of fluid a day.

Have broth or some vitamin water with electrolites. That will help with the lightheaded feeling. I'm 3 weeks out today and still having issues getting the fluids in ......It is hard but I am starting to find it easier. Good luck and feel better!!

I was looking at your ticker and you are doing awesome loosing the weight.  How does it feel to be so close to getting out of the 3's!
