Could it be possible not losing weight because I'm not drinking enough protein and water and exercise.  I think I may have even gain. I almost 3 weeks out.

I'm assuming you have been losing up 'til now?  You have reached the famous 3 week stall!  It will pass.  Make sure you get your water and protein in.  Very important.

3 week stall ears it's ugly head! Keep doing what you're doing. Almost everyone goes through this. It could be next week or a f weeks before the scale moves again... Just hang in there!!

You're doing great!  We all freak out when that first stall hits.  Trust me, it's not the last one, but often the weeks you don't lose #'s you lose inches.

Protein and water -- the magic ingredients.

Yes, VERY VERY important to get in water & protein! I would stall when I wouldn't be eating & drinking enough. 64 grams protein/64 ounces water. Also, it could be the infamous 3 weeks making an appearance.

Good Luck!

I promise you, it will come off. Getting it off is not the hardest part. Falling back into old patterns of behavior is.
