Started liquid pre-op today

 It is finally happening. I go for my final weigh-in at the surgeons office tomorrow and surgery is Monday. So far have lost 10 lbs since the first time I saw the surgeon and 11 from my highest ever. I set  a goal for myself for surgery. As of right now I am 4 pounds shy of making it. Hoping that these next few days of only liquid will get me from 239 down to 235 by Monday morning.

I think I lost a couple of pounds doing the bowel prep. Good luck! I think it is doable!
