 Can someone tell me what is really good to use.

I think your surgery was 6/6/11, right? If so, you should have gone by now. My doctor told me to get Dulcolax suppositories if I needed it. I can't vouch for their effectiveness.

For "urgent" situations I'd use a glycerine suppository. For regular use, I use Benefiber one time every day and am generally regular.

I used Miralax - worked within a few hours.  You add it to a drink and it doesn't taste at all.  Now, I eat one Fiber Gummy each day and I have no problems.  Since it's sweet, I use it as a treat.  You should wait awhile to start with the gummy - until you are eating solid foods or until your doc says it's okay.

 Yeah !I know my Doc told me not to use Gummy right now !!!!!!!! my Nutrientist told me to try stool softner, now do that work?

Miralax or Benefiber...both work well for me. Don't taste them in your drinks either....

I take a stool softner every night at bedtime. The fiber stuff does not work for me.
